I contacted your office concerning my mothers account because I received a letter from a collection agency and was told they would research it and get back with me. That was on Aug. 19th. I called again on Sept. 9, left a message and never received a call back. I called again yesterday, Sept. 26th and was told I would receive a call back from a Jackie that day. Today is the 27th, 10:40 and I still have not heard from anyone. My sister had sent all the paperwork to you at the beginning of the year showing that medicare had paid the $5,127.34. This was sent prior to me receiving the collection agency letter on Aug. 14, 2013. Why can I not get this resolved so I can liquidate my mothers estate. Your customer service is terrible !
